Every complete meal must include a vibrant healthy side, and bacon doesn’t count. At least, that’s what Lisa tells me. I have to admit that, most of the time, I treat sides as a garnish that makes the plat look pretty, but it’s not what I’m really interested in.
This section of the blog is dedicated to those sides that we consider “special“. They not only make the dish look delectable, they also contribute to the overall deliciousness of the meal. So try ’em out. If you don’t like ’em, you can always just push ’em to the side to make room for more bacon.
