This is the place where you can find our special seasonings and rubs. For the most part, Lisa and I believe in creating our own spice mixes because they always end up tasting better than those jars of stuff that have been sitting in a warehouse for 6 months before finally making it to the shelf of your local grocery store. If you don’t believe me, by some Tellicherry Peppercorns from a reputable spice source (we normally use The Spice House onliine) and grind it up in your favorite pepper mill or with a good coffee grinder. We’re currently using this one and it’s worked very well for us, so far.
So jump in, the water’s fine and it’s much easier than you might think. Make your own spice mixes and enjoy the aromas and flavors that fresh seasonings bring.
